 Darrell Hollis - Principle
Makes things work - technologically speaking - providing many years of experience as a Senior Network Engineer/Jack of All IT/Dad to Five Kids. Darrell helped Tiffani lay the foundation for the company and these days pretty much makes sure everything works. He has also recently developed a habit of contributing his sharp wit and occasionally scathing sarcasm to advertising campaigns and design critiques. |

Alex Danaila - Managing Partner
Alex is a big fan of the iPod, traveling and having days when he has to do absolutely nothing. When he's at Rearview, his main jobs include day-to-day operations. Communication and business degrees major, Alex is also the owner of the exotic accent that answers the phone when your calls come his way. For those of you wondering - he's from Moldova - a land far, far away (Yeah, we'd never heard of it either). Alex joined the firm as the Managing Partner in 2005.

Jennifer Papadatos - Managing Partner
Jennifer spends most of her time researching and leading cool web projects and baking us cookies that would impress Martha Stewart. She’s annoyingly practical and thinks Alex’s iPod is overrated and overpriced, preferring her Rio Forge Player with expandable memory card. Jennifer joined the firm as the Managing Partner in 2005.
